Our program is designed for adults residing in Wake County and provides for psychiatric assessment and medication management, substance abuse withdrawal management, nursing therapy, individual/group therapies, family support, and case management to link patients to community services following discharge. This is accomplished through the following complement of services: medically-monitored detox, mental health services, medication consultation, relapse prevention tools, sustained recovery skills, supportive employment resources, recreational therapy, nutritional consultation, in-house support meetings, individual counseling, continuity of care referrals, family education, and visitation.
