About Operation Par

Operation Par is a 5-star, CARF-accredited substance use disorder treatment facility located in North Fort Myers, Florida. They address the physical, psychological and emotional components of substance use by offering residential, medical detox, medication assisted treatment, outpatient programs and prevention services. Specialized pregnancy treatment options are available.

During medical detox, patients are monitored 24 hours a day by medical professionals. During this treatment which may range from three to six days or more, patients will get compassionate care, anti-craving medications (if needed) and counseling. The staff will help patients design a care plan to lead to recovery after detox. This plan may include referrals for community or social services.

MAT is an evidence based treatment option that addresses both the psychological and physical aspects of addiction. Staff will administer medications such as methadone, buprenorphine, and Vivitrol (naltrexone) to decrease a patient’s chances of relapse or overdose. Individual, group and family counseling may also be part of someone’s treatment plan.
