The program treats alcohol and drug addiction involving opioids, fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and prescription drugs.

Priority consideration is given to pregnant women in their first trimester.

ARCA operates a newly renovated 99 bed residential facility on Shattalon Drive in northern Forsyth County, near University Parkway.

The site is within walking distance of three Winston Salem Transit bus lines and ARCA serves a 97 county North Carolina catchment area.

Do they take insurance or self pay?

ARCA accepts self-pay, insurance and copays, along with arrangements through Managed Care Organizations and Local Management Entities.

Funding may also be available for uninsured clients.
