About Manor of Hope
Manor of Hope is a long-term residential addiction treatment center in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, serving men who need more than a short-term program. The facility offers a 12+ month therapeutic community model with dual diagnosis support, life skills training, vocational development and continuing care through on-site graduate housing. I’ve found that clients and families appreciate the small size with real-world transition support that goes beyond traditional rehab spaces.
Therapeutic Community with 24/7 Care
Manor of Hope provides long-term residential treatment structured as a therapeutic community with 24/7 supervision, mental health coordination, and a milestone-based phase system. After completing the main program, men can transition to one of two graduate houses on or adjacent to campus, with continued mentorship, access to the wellness center and ongoing support for work and independent living.
The program serves adult men (18+) struggling with opioids, benzodiazepines, cocaine, marijuana and alcohol. Manor of Hope also specializes in co-occurring mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, personality disorders, eating disorders, autism spectrum disorder, depression and ADHD.
Affordable Rehab with Enrichment Activities
Residents follow a highly structured schedule that blends group and individual counseling, life skills training (financial literacy, healthy cooking, job readiness), and enrichment activities like beekeeping and honey production. The campus includes a wellness center with gym, chef-prepared meals, walking trails, and a private family visitation space.
Manor of Hope accepts self-pay; however, I couldn’t find specific insurance or financial assistance information.

This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.
-
Dual Diagnosis
Dual diagnosis programs address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions simultaneously. This integrated approach to care improves the likelihood of long term recovery and stability by addressing the root causes of addiction.
-
Aftercare
Aftercare programs provide ongoing support after you complete a rehab program. They may include several components to help you maintain sobriety including therapy, community support groups and relapse prevention strategies. This gives you a network of resources as you reintegrate into your daily life.
-
Sober Living
Sober living homes provide a supportive and substance free environment for you to live in as you overcome your addiction. Residents must follow house rules and support each other's recovery journeys. Sober living fosters accountability and stability during this critical phase of recovery.
Detox Service Setting

Hospital detoxification allows you to withdraw from drugs or alcohol in a hospital setting. It’s ideal for people with severe withdrawal symptoms or complex medical needs. You’ll receive constant monitoring, emergency care if needed and FDA approved prescription medications.
-
Inpatient Detox
Inpatient detox occurs in a dedicated treatment facility. You’ll live there around the clock and receive intensive medical support and supervision to help manage your withdrawal symptoms. It is suitable for individuals with moderate to severe addictions as it ensures a stable detox environment.
