After completing the main program, men can transition to one of two graduate houses on or adjacent to campus, with continued mentorship, access to the wellness center and ongoing support for work and independent living.
The program serves adult men (18+) struggling with opioids, benzodiazepines, cocaine, marijuana and alcohol. Manor of Hope also specializes in co-occurring mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, personality disorders, eating disorders, autism spectrum disorder, depression and ADHD.

Residents follow a highly structured schedule that blends group and individual counseling, life skills training (financial literacy, healthy cooking, job readiness), and enrichment activities like beekeeping and honey production.
