Marys Hope Sober Homes
About Marys Hope Sober Homes
Mary’s Hope Sober Homes welcomes adults in recovery in Littleton, Colorado. This nonprofit organization has provided recovery support services and safe, affordable sober housing for more than 18 years.
They don’t offer medication assisted treatment (MAT) or medical detox. The staff may be able to direct you to a detox facility if needed.
You can access a wide range of services to support your journey at Mary’s Hope Sober Homes. They provide an intensive outpatient program three nights a week. You can also participate in peer support groups, DUI classes and low energy neurofeedback.
Creating Spaces for Sober Fun
What stands out most to me is their emphasis on sober recreation. You can participate in social activities at their Sober Underground events.
You’ll benefit from connecting with peers on similar paths while rediscovering fun without drugs or alcohol. They offer open mic nights, live bands, darts and pool tables.
Life Coaching to Support Recovery
I also think it’s beneficial that they provide life coaching. You can connect with a peer who has lived experience in addiction and recovery. They can serve as a helpful ally to help you navigate recovery and overcome challenges.
You’ll benefit from ongoing support from someone who was once in your shoes. You can also participate in art therapy. This experiential approach can help you develop new coping skills and ways to express your emotions.
