Polaris Renewal Services is a SAMHSA certified Opioid Treatment Program located in Perryopolis, Pennsylvania and operates as part of the MedMark Treatment Centers brand. For over 15 years, this outpatient facility has specialized in detox and medication assisted treatment combining methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone with comprehensive behavioral therapies for opioid addiction.

Polaris Renewal Services accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private health insurance, and cash payment options.

Detox Treatment for Opioid Addiction

Polaris Renewal Services focuses on comprehensive opioid use disorder treatment addressing addiction to heroin, fentanyl, and prescription painkillers through medications and counseling.

As a CARF accredited program with SAMHSA and DEA certifications the clinic offers methadone maintenance, buprenorphine (Suboxone), and naltrexone (Vivitrol) alongside supervised medical management of withdrawal symptoms.

Treatment combines medication with individual, group, and family counseling using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing. The program also provides comprehensive screening and testing services including substance use assessments, urine screening, and Hepatitis C and HIV testing.

Recovery Support Services

Polaris Renewal Services offers extensive recovery support including housing assistance, discharge planning, naloxone and overdose prevention education, and outcome follow-up after treatment. The facility operates seven days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with in-house lab services and transportation assistance available.
