Pathway to Care and Recovery eliminates barriers to getting help by offering around the clock access with no appointment, referral, or insurance required. Whether you are struggling with opioids, alcohol, or other substances, you can walk in at any time for immediate screening, health assessment and level of care evaluation to determine your next steps.

The center uses a rapid connection model to reduce delays and confusion in the treatment process. Services include case management to navigate placement, peer support to engage you from day 1 and addiction recovery education to build awareness and motivation for change.

Peer Led Support and Recovery Navigation

Staff with lived experience in recovery provide judgment free guidance and practical support throughout your visit. Peer specialists help you feel understood and less alone while working alongside case managers to connect you to outpatient treatment, inpatient care, community resources, or a safe place to stay as needed.

Licensed Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services

Pathway to Care and Recovery is located at 326 Third Avenue in downtown Pittsburgh and is open 24/7/365 for walk in visits or phone support. The center is operated by Renewal, Inc., a licensed provider offering drug and alcohol treatment and reentry services.

No insurance is needed and payment assistance, Medicaid, Medicare and self pay options are available.
