Serenity Falls is a women’s sober living residence in Centennial, Colorado which is owned and operated by healthcare professionals with personal recovery experience. The program addresses co-occurring concerns like anxiety, depression, and isolation. The program accepts private insurance and private pay with estimated costs around $1,000 per month depending on length of stay.

Women’s Sober Living with Healthcare-Led Support

Serenity Falls provides structured, phase based sober living exclusively for women with a minimum 30-day stay. The nurse run facility is led by a Registered Nurse with years of addiction medicine experience and personal recovery.

Detox and medication assisted treatment options are available through a partnership with psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners in the area. Residents participate in three required group support meetings per week, regular drug and alcohol testing, and integrated group therapy and yoga programming.

Empowerment Through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wellness

Serenity Falls includes free Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes as a core part of programming, offering stress relief, mindfulness practice, physical empowerment, and community building. Residents also access a designated yoga studio, meditation and relaxation spaces, and a complimentary recreation center pass.
