Treatment Options

Policies

Since methadone is a highly controlled substance and treatment protocols differ between adults and adolescents, Toxicology Associates Inc only treats women and men, aged 18 and older. As with most any type of methadone program, patients must frequent the facility on a daily basis to receive their methadone dose, which must be taken everyday.  After you’ve made ongoing progress in the program, take-home doses may be given out.

Other program policies include:

• No alcohol or drugs permitted on the facility grounds
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas
• Must receive pre-approval before family members or friends can attend treatment sessions
