The Terrace House, operated by Horizon Health Services in Buffalo, New York, provides medical detox and crisis stabilization services for adults. Services are focused on detox from alcohol, opioids, and benzodiazepines and include mental and physical health interventions, addiction counseling, building support systems, and linking clients with resources to continue their recovery.

Medical detox at the Terrace House allows clients to be monitored by medical staff around the clock. Staff can help manage the physical symptoms of withdrawal with appropriate medications and other medical care.
