Lake Point Recovery & Wellness, formerly Freedom House, is a drug rehab in Russellville, Arkansas. The center provides ambulatory social and medical detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), general outpatient (OP), and aftercare programs for young adults and adults.
