About Beaches Recovery
Beaches Recovery is located in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. They offer a comprehensive substance use disorder and mental health treatment program for those with addiction and co-occurring disorders. You’ll do this through group and individual therapy, nutritional support, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other modalities.
If you have an underlying co occurring disorder such as anxiety or depression then you’ll learn the best ways of coping that don’t include substance use.
Remember that detox is the first step of sobriety. Most people need an inpatient or outpatient rehab program after they’ve completed detoxification. The center offers both for your convenience.
