About Community Bridges, Inc. – Yuma Lighthouse Residential & Outpatient

Community Bridges, Inc. Yuma Lighthouse is a drug and alcohol rehab center in Arizona offering residential and outpatient programs for adults and young adults struggling with substance use disorders.

Part of a statewide behavioral health network operating since 1982, Yuma Lighthouse uses a patient centered medical home model that integrates evidence based addiction treatment with medical and mental health services.

Inpatient and Outpatient Detox Options

Treatment begins with an assessment to determine the appropriate level of care, whether that is residential detox for medically supervised withdrawal, a residential program for intensive support, or outpatient detox for those who can return home each evening. The facility offers gender separate, co-ed, and specialized residential units for women with children.

Medication assisted treatment with buprenorphine and naltrexone is available for opioid use disorders, alongside psychiatric services, group and individual therapy, 12 Step and SMART Recovery facilitation, and comprehensive discharge planning with transfers to outpatient care.
