Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a nonprofit provider of integrated medical and behavioral healthcare specializing in substance use disorder treatment in Avondale, Arizona.

The organization offers a full continuum of care including 24 hour crisis services and detoxification as well as residential treatment and outpatient programs. CBI is built on a mission of crisis stabilization and lasting recovery meeting clients wherever they are on their journey.
