Counseling and Treatment Services
About Counseling and Treatment Services
Community Partners Integrated Healthcare is operated by Intermountain Centers. They provide substance use treatment for adults. Recovery programs include medication assisted treatment (MAT) and primary care services.
Guiding You Through Withdrawal and Relapse
MAT will involve a combination of counseling and medication to help you overcome addiction. The staff will educate you on how to work through withdrawals and relapse.
You’ll learn about coping skills such as mindfulness techniques and self care along with individual, family and group counseling. Clients receive frequent encouragement and support with staying focused on living a healthier lifestyle.
Along with the knowledge and support clients will receive, medication can manage withdrawal symptoms and cravings as you focus on treatment. The prescriptions consist of naltrexone and buprenorphine.
Care Services For Overall Recovery
I like that the facility not only focuses on treating your addiction, but improves your health. Primary care services available include nutritional support, lab services, and chronic disease management. In addition to primary care physicians, other staff members that will be available to support you include employment specialists, psychiatrists and peer support specialists.
Community Partners Integrated Health Care is conveniently located a few minutes away from Yuma International Airport. You’ll also be close to various parks you can relax at after your treatment sessions such as Yuma Valley Park and Friendship Park.
