Crossroads Pure Heart is an intensive outpatient program in Glendale, Arizona. They’re operated by Crossroads Inc, a nonprofit addiction treatment provider with over 60 years of experience serving the Phoenix area.
The program offers flexible IOP services with morning and evening sessions, allowing adults and young adults to receive comprehensive care while maintaining work, school or family responsibilities.
With a focus on trauma informed, evidence based treatment, Crossroads Pure Heart helps clients build lasting recovery from substance use and cooccurring mental health conditions.
The intensive outpatient program runs 12 weeks with three hour sessions Monday through Thursday, providing structure and support without requiring residential placement.
Clients can begin with an assessment to determine the right level of care and develop a personalized treatment plan addressing substance use, mental health and relapse prevention goals.
Treatment includes individual therapy, group therapy and family or couples counseling when appropriate. The program uses cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and the Seeking Safety curriculum to help clients address trauma, develop coping skills and prevent relapse.
Outpatient medication support is available for clients prescribed methadone, buprenorphine or naltrexone by an outside provider.
