About Into Action Treatment
Into Action Treatment was primarily a holistic addiction treatment center based in Boynton Beach, Florida. They were founded by Audrey R., a man who walked his own recovery journey and wanted to use his experience to help others.
A big focus of theirs was restoring hope for those who’d run out. It was quite special that anyone in their program could reach out to the CEO at any time to share their challenges and find encouragement.

A Holistic Approach to Healing
Into Action was the only treatment provider around to use vibroacoustic and harmonial therapy. This method involves sounds and vibrations which tap into your body’s energy system to promote relaxation and sometimes reduce symptoms of withdrawal.
Combining this practice with evidence based treatment methods like addiction focused therapy and peer support created a well rounded approach to healing that many patients benefitted from.
Medical Detox for Safe Withdrawal
Before transitioning into holistic therapies, Into Action offered medically supervised detoxification services. While reducing uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms as much as possible, they gently encouraged clients to engage in yoga, acupuncture, and mindfulness practices to keep calm and present.
