Addiction Treatment Programs at The Insight Program
Treatment begins with a no-cost substance abuse evaluation, followed by age specific intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for teens (13–17) and young adults (18–25). IOP typically lasts 6 to 12 weeks, with progress based discharge and unlimited individual counseling and community support access for up to two years after program completion.
Clients participate in weekly peer-led 12-step meetings, individual drug and alcohol counseling, and family counseling to address both addiction and co-occurring mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. The program also offers structured sober social activities on Friday and Saturday evenings to reduce relapse risk during high-risk weekend periods, along with a weekly parent support group covering topics like boundaries, coping skills and alignment at home.
