Treatment with Methadone or Suboxone

Valle del Sol’s medication assisted treatment program specializes in opioid addiction recovery, treating heroin, fentanyl, and prescription painkiller dependence.

The program combines methadone or Suboxone with individual and group counseling, offering dosing hours Monday through Friday starting at 4:30 AM and Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM to accommodate working patients.

Patients must be at least 16 years old and meet criteria for opioid use disorder of at least 12 months duration.

Harm Reduction and Emotional Recovery

Treatment integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and relapse prevention techniques.

Sessions address underlying issues through evidence based approaches, while recovery support services include case management, housing assistance, naloxone education and employment counseling to support long term recovery.
