Spectrum Healthcare Group is an integrated addiction treatment center in Cottonwood, Arizona, offering outpatient services, residential care, detox, and medication assisted treatment for adults and families throughout Yavapai County.
Detox and Specialized Programs
Clients enter treatment with outpatient counseling or the Momentum residential program for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. Detox and medication assisted treatment is available with same day appointments.
Programs include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and specialty classes using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma therapy, and integrated dual diagnosis treatment.
The residential Momentum facility offers acupuncture using the NADA protocol for addiction and trauma-related stressors, plus a Work Adjustment Training program to help clients build employment skills and transition to independent living.

Kimberly Hawkins holds a Masters degree in Computing and Information Sciences from East Tennessee State University. She is also a freelance writer specializing in content related to mental health, addiction recovery, and overall wellness. On Valentine’s Day of 2024, Kimberly’s only sibling passed away of an accidental drug overdose. Since then, Kimberly has become a passionate advocate for addiction recovery awareness and support.
