About Abraxas Academy

Abraxas Academy provides substance use treatment in Morgantown, Pennsylvania for adolescent males who need intensive support for drug and alcohol use disorders. Residential Treatment

The program offers residential treatment within a highly supervised campus environment designed specifically for the unique challenges of adolescent males. Clients receive clinical counseling, group-based programming, and vocational training alongside year-round schooling that complies with Pennsylvania Department of Education standards with special education support coordinated by certified teachers.

Integrating Recovery With Education

Treatment emphasizes coordinated care that integrates substance use recovery with education and skills development. The campus features eight residential units, classroom space, a medical suite and a multi-use building.

Levels of Care

  • Inpatient

    Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility. This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.

  • Dual Diagnosis
