Henry Ford Brighton Center for Recovery, formerly Brighton Hospital Chemical Dependency Treatment Programs, is an addiction treatment center in Brighton, Michigan, offering a full continuum of care for substance use disorders. 

The facility provides detoxification, residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs and standard outpatient services on a historic 92 acre campus. Established in the 1950s with assistance from Alcoholics Anonymous co-founder Bill Wilson, this is one of the oldest addiction treatment centers in North America and the first licensed in Michigan.

Henry Ford Brighton Center for Recovery offers detoxification with medical monitoring, short term and long term residential programs, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient treatment and standard outpatient counseling. The facility also operates a halfway housing program for clients needing stable housing during early recovery. Treatment integrates evidence based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy, medication assisted treatment, 12 step facilitation and holistic approaches including art therapy, music therapy and yoga.
