Cherry Street Health Services
About Cherry Street Health Services
Cherry Health offers multiple substance use disorder services from intensive outpatient to traditional outpatient services. Outpatient substance use treatment is provided by experienced credentialed therapists and is generally facilitated through the use of individual one-to-one sessions lasting 45 to 60 minutes. All therapists are capable of treating persons with both mental health and substance use disorders. Therapists are trained to help patients reduce risky behaviors related to using substances such as tobacco, alcohol, marijuana, and other addictive substances.
Case Management
Individuals with a serious psychiatric disorder are matched with a health care professional who helps connect them to community resources and helps them gain access to needed and responsive medical, social, educational and other services. These services are provided through a health care team-based approach to care planning, coordination, referrals and monitoring. Patients must be referred through Network180 to access Case Management services.
Sage Team
Sage Team is an environment where a team of health professionals work together to provide an expanded type of behavioral health care treatment for persons with mental health concerns, including: depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia and substance use disorders. The goal is to help patients manage their chronic mental and physical health conditions well enough that those conditions do not interfere with how they want to lead their lives. The team works to coordinate all of the treatment services that the individual receives within the community.
