About Cornerstone of Medical Arts Center Detoxification
At Cornerstone the emphasis is on the individual. Every aspect of treatment is directed toward preserving and enhancing dignity and self-esteem. Each client is assigned to a primary clinician who develops an individualized treatment plan and works with that person to achieve and maintain recovery.
Alcohol and Drug Detoxification Programs are offered. Medically supervised detoxification from alcohol and drugs are provided for our clients. After successful completion of our detox program the client can start our Rehabilitation program. These 24-hour units operate seven days a week and provide comprehensive evaluation, medical, nursing and clinical services. During the rehabilitation program our multidisciplinary staff completes an extensive evaluation and develops an individualized treatment plan with the client.
Treatment Options
Family Services seek to help family members, significant others and friends understand chemical dependency as a family disease. Our goal is to reduce the stress, anxiety and anger that surround the addiction of a loved one. Treatment includes:

Policies
- Visitors are not allowed during detox.
- Electronic devices such as laptops, radios, cell phones, cameras and beepers are not allowed. In addition food items, nutritional supplements and vitamins are not allowed, if needed they would be provided by the facility. We strongly advise not to bring jewelry or other items of value.
