About Crescent House Transitional Residence Program
You’ll find the Crescent House Transitional Residence Program in Lowell, Massachusetts. This transitional housing program is part of the Boston VA network’s mental health and substance abuse treatment programs. While this program doesn’t offer MAT or clinical care, those requiring detox or medication may be referred to a local VA clinic.
