Outpatient Detox and Specialized Therapy

The center provides a Partial Hospitalization Program five days a week from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. They also provide an Intensive Outpatient Program that meets three to five days per week for three to three and a half hours per day and a general outpatient program.

The center offers Medication Assisted Treatment and detox using medications like buprenorphine, naltrexone, and Vivitrol, with required weekly support groups. Specialized programs include a Veterans Partial Hospitalization Program and a Young Adult Opiate Program.

Voluntary and Court Ordered Treatment

The center accepts adults aged 18 and older including court ordered clients, veterans and military families, young adults, and seniors. They specialize in dual diagnosis treatment for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Virtual treatment is available anywhere in Massachusetts and same day urgent care sessions are offered virtually or in person. They accept Medicare and Medicaid. They also accept TRICARE and VA funds and some private insurance coverages. The center offers sliding fee scale payment assistance based on income and family size.
