Lowell House, Inc., now operating as Riverbend, is a licensed nonprofit outpatient substance use health clinic serving the Greater Lowell and Merrimack Valley communities.

The Structured Outpatient Addiction Program (SOAP) is a clinically intensive day program for people in early recovery, generally running 8 to 10 weeks, Monday through Friday mornings.

It combines group therapy, psychoeducation and individual clinical support with vocational training and life skills development.

Weekly case management also connects clients to housing resources, transportation and MassHealth application assistance.
