About SEMCOA Harmony House
SEMCOA Harmony House is a drug and alcohol rehab facility located in New Bedford, Massachusetts. SEMCOA is on a mission to advocate for and support folks who are dealing with substance use, homelessness, mental illness and domestic violence.
This treatment center is located in a historic red-brick building that used to be a school. Now, it houses up to 26 males over 18 who are recovering from substance use disorders. They also offer outpatient care for clients transitioning from inpatient treatment.
They run residential programs including extended programs with stays ranging from 90 days up to two years. They serve clients who need dual diagnosis treatment as well as have specialized programs for veterans, trauma survivors, folks with HIV/AIDS and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
