South Bay Community Services is a community based addiction treatment center in Brockton, Massachusetts that serves individuals and families across the region with comprehensive behavioral health and substance use disorder programs.

Operating as Mentor South Bay under the MENTOR Network the center offers outpatient treatment including intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization, and a Structured Outpatient Addiction Program.
