CBT, DBT and Trauma Informed Care

Brighton specializes in outpatient chemical dependency treatment that allows you to live at home while receiving regular, structured care. As a certified OASAS facility within a leading health system, the clinic combines medical oversight with evidence based therapies tailored to your needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and trauma informed approaches.

Sessions address the root causes of addiction through individual counseling, group support and motivational interviewing techniques.

You’ll work with a coordinated care team to recognize harmful patterns, develop practical coping skills and build a sustainable recovery plan. Treatment is available for adults and young adults with gender specific programs and specialized support for women’s unique experiences.
