About Brookside Community Health Center
Brookside Community Health Center offers outpatient integrated care that includes medical detox, behavioral health services and substance use disorder treatment for young adults through seniors in Jamaica Plains, Massachusetts. Their services are offered in English and Spanish, and they provide translation services for other languages. Additionally, they provide assistance for individuals who are hard of hearing or deaf.
Outpatient Detox Programs and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
At Brookside, individuals in need of detoxification services can find the help they need to get them on the path toward recovery. Individuals with alcohol or opioid addiction are prescribed medications such as buprenorphine, methadone or naltrexone to ease the early symptoms of withdrawal and cravings during the detoxification process.
Some individuals benefit from the use of medication assisted treatment after detox to support their long term sobriety. The medical and addiction specialists at Brookside will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan that includes MAT.

Intervention
