Health Care Resource Centers Westfield
About Health Care Resource Centers Westfield
The HCRC Westfield Treatment Center sits north of the Westbrook River in Westfield, Massachusetts. They are a substance abuse treatment center specializing in opioid use disorder and MAT.
This location extends its addiction treatment and prevention services to pregnant women as well and provides them with safe and specialized treatment. Methadone is used for the MAT program to aid in managing withdrawal symptoms.
Building A Broader Support Foundation
A big focus of this treatment program is teaching you different ways to manage stressors and prevent relapse during your sobriety. But forward thinking staff also work alongside you to identify other programs and community resources to add more support systems to your recovery plan.
They even offer referrals as needed to eliminate barriers to things like continuing care. Additional help is provided through discharge planning, so you’ll have more support in post treatment too.
Extra Hand Managing Your Care
If you need help managing your care (say, keeping on top of your appointments or even making appointments), a case manager can do just that. They stay in contact with you and your caregivers to ensure everyone is on the same page with your care and will work hard to resolve any issues that come up on your behalf.
