UMass Memorial Health Community Healthlink is a comprehensive addiction treatment center in Worcester, Massachusetts that offers a full continuum of substance use disorder services for adults, young adults, and adolescents across Central Massachusetts. They provide medically monitored detox, residential stabilization, transitional support, and outpatient counseling.
They are part of UMass Memorial Health, are a clinical partner of UMass Chan Medical School, and are CARF accredited.
Acute Inpatient Detox and Programs
Most clients begin with acute inpatient detox which is a medically monitored program that safely manages withdrawal from alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, and other substances with an average stay of four to six days.
Clinical Support Services is a post detox residential stabilization program offering up to 30 days of intensive group and individual therapy. Thayer Transitional Support Services offer life skills training and case management.
Outpatient options include intensive outpatient programs and medication assisted treatment using methadone, Suboxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol. All programs integrate dual diagnosis care, relapse prevention, family counseling, and comprehensive aftercare planning.
