Corazon Integrated Healthcare in Casa Grande, Arizona, offers outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment for children through seniors. The Matrix Model is an integrated approach for recovery, providing an intensive outpatient program (IOP) that lasts 16 weeks to help individuals achieve and maintain long term recovery.

Their mental health professionals recognize the importance of providing a trauma informed approach to the treatment of co-occurring mental health disorders. Additionally, they provide services for those who have experienced domestic violence or other traumatic events that can negatively impact mental health.

The case management team at Corazon can also help with vocational and educational support, social skills training and transportation assistance.

Individuals who have completed a treatment can participate in the Aftercare program at Corazon, which is often a critical component of relapse prevention.
