Addiction Treatment Programs Begin with an Assessment
Clients typically begin with an assessment to determine the appropriate level of care, whether that is the structured day treatment program (PHP) or the half day treatment program (IOP). Both programs provide a mix of individual counseling, group therapy and complementary therapies such as Reiki, sound healing and meditation, while allowing clients to return home or to recovery housing each evening.
Individual Counseling and Daily Group Programs with Licensed Therapists
The outpatient track includes daily group programming, one on one sessions with licensed therapists and MAT services featuring Suboxone, Sublocade and Vivitrol for those managing opioid use disorder. Foundations Group also offers gender specific programming for men and women, dual diagnosis care for co occurring conditions and weekly family support groups available both in person and via Zoom to strengthen relationships during recovery.
