About Gosnold at Miller House Extended Residential for Men

Gosnold’s Miller House was an extended residential addiction treatment center for men in Falmouth, Massachusetts. The private nonprofit organization provided residential treatment for adult men with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorder (SUD). Detox services and medication assisted treatment (MAT) were included. The facility permanently closed in July 2022.

The facility was in an old Victorian Manor in a private residential setting. The organization accepted Medicare, Medicaid, military insurance, such as TRICARE, and private health insurance.

Beautiful & Private Addiction Treatment Setting

The mansion was set on a beautiful three-acre property in Falmouth. Clients had access to outdoor areas, recreational activities, and a yoga studio. The manor housed up to 48 clients while allowing security and privacy.

Additional Addiction Recovery Support Services

Comprehensive services included wraparound support. Services included employment counseling, mentoring, and recovery coaching. Clients also had assistance with finding permanent housing.

Former clients noted that the program director and staff went above and beyond for their clients. They also described the house itself as having a magical quality where the staff helped them face their addictions and lean into recovery.
