About EOSIS Latitudes

Meridian Behavioral Health’s Latitude Treatment Center is a drug rehab for opioid recovery in St. Paul, Minnesota. The center provides residential social detox, dual diagnosis care, inpatient (IP) and outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for the LGBTQ+ community.

Latitudes Treatment Center provides a structured environment for clients to detox and manage their withdrawal pains. Individualized treatment plans emphasize social and spiritual healing, holistic services, meditation and exercise, nutritional meals, and family and peer support. Counseling is available for clients with co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. The program generally lasts 4 to 6 weeks.

After detox, clients continue to receive continued care through outpatient programs, such as counseling, group support, and alumni activities. Meridian Behavioral Health may make referrals to outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.
