Three Phases of Strengths-Based Treatment

Founded in 2009, the facility has over a decade of experience acting as a downtown hub for addiction treatment. Its outpatient model focuses on clients’ strengths, providing a three-phase path of graduated autonomy, coupled with ongoing monitoring to ensure safety and stability.

Through the facility’s unique three-phase model, you can expect to begin with the introductory phase before transitioning into intermediate and finishing in the stable phase. With each progression, expect fewer visits and random drug tests.

Outpatient Drug Rehab in Downtown Essexville

Based in a renovated 6,936‑sq‑ft historic downtown building, it features a large reception area, two conference rooms, 12 private offices and a rooftop deck overlooking downtown. The deck also provides the perfect view for riverside firework shows.

Medication Assisted Treatment in Michigan

Medication assisted treatment (MAT) here is offered alongside regular counseling. Medication options provided include daily oral doses of Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) and monthly Vivitrol (naltrexone) injections. Individual, group and family therapy sessions use styles such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), along with motivational interviewing, trauma-focused therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) methods. Case management services are also provided for crucial wraparound medical and social support.
