Choices Private Recovery
About Choices Private Recovery
Choices Private Recovery was an addiction treatment center based in Sherman, Texas. It is now closed. Geared toward supporting working professionals, programming was kept small-scale and private, servicing only 10 adult men aged 18 and older at a time. Various insurance plans were accepted, along with self-pay.
Personalized Rehab in Grayson County
This was a residential inpatient drug rehab that prioritized one-to-one treatments, as well as small group sessions. Among the services offered, medical detox was provided to help residents safely withdraw from substances for a clean start to recovery.
From here, residents engaged in 12-step and non-12-step recovery tracks, relapse prevention programming, and various holistic treatment methods.
Comfortable and Holistic Accommodation
The facility was based in a private estate amidst 40 lush acres of rolling hills with access to a fully stocked pond, a heated outdoor pool, and a jacuzzi. Rooms here were semi-private and set amidst a homely environment designed to promote relaxation and healing.
Alongside traditional treatment methods, massage therapy was offered along with pet therapy and active aquatic therapy inspired by T’ai Chi and yogic breathing techniques.
