CPC Integrated Health Helen Herrmann Counseling Center is an outpatient addiction treatment and mental health provider located in Red Bank, New Jersey.

Outpatient Addiction Programs
Adults seeking help for substance use disorders can access adult intensive outpatient treatment, a structured nine hours per week program that integrates treatment for both addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Clients may also participate in substance use group therapy offered one to three times per week including a specialized young adult group for ages 18 to 25.
Each client receives a biopsychosocial assessment and an individualized treatment plan, drawing on evidence based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy and family systems therapy. Services include care management, peer and family support, relapse prevention and recovery planning, overdose prevention education with naloxone provision, crisis intervention and primary care screening.

An intervention is a structured and professionally guided conversation with an individual who is struggling with addiction. During the conversation, family and friends will encourage you to seek treatment. This is often a pivotal step for those resistant to getting help.

Outpatient Detox
Outpatient detox gives you access to medically supervised withdrawal services while still allowing you to live at home. You’ll attend a clinic for treatment and monitoring. This flexible option is suitable for those with mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms who have strong support systems.

MAT
Medication assisted treatment combines medication and counseling to manage withdrawal and reduce cravings for opioid and alcohol addiction. Medications may include methadone, buprenorphine or naltrexone. MAT is tailored to your needs so you can actively participate in your treatment journey.
