About Excel Treatment Center
Excel Treatment Center in Dover, New Jersey is a drug rehab that provides support to adults struggling with substance abuse. Care extends to pregnant and postpartum women, LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, active duty military and clients struggling with concurrent trauma, as well as mental and physical health conditions.
Private health plans are accepted including TRICARE, along with self-pay. Payment assistance and sliding scale fees are also available.

The facility is also located near The Milestone House. The two entities collaborate to provide a supportive sober living program, where you can access a safe transitional space that uses 12-step methods.
Outpatient Support and Medication-Assisted Treatment
Various outpatient programs are available here. You can choose from standard services, day treatment, or partial hospitalization programming (PHP), and intensive outpatient programming (IOP).
MAT is provided across all of these programs, using FDA-approved naloxone, methadone, and buprenorphine to help you manage your withdrawal symptoms and cravings.
Lifetime aftercare services and monthly alumni events are also provided to support your long-term recovery.
