About Grace Manor
Grace Manor is a drug and alcohol center helping adults in Lubbock, Texas, overcome addiction in a supportive community. Grace Manor is Children’s Hope’s residential treatment for adults. They are a nonprofit organization that accepts donations from the community and their collaborative partner, Ashley Furniture HomeStore.
Community support helps keep the doors to the residential treatment center open and allows you to receive treatment regardless of your ability to pay. Residential treatment was prompted by the high number of children who entered foster care because of parental addiction.
Residential Treatment in Lubbock
The residential treatment center also offers foster care services to children while their parents are in residence. Their comprehensive adult addiction services include an individualized treatment program that is initiated after a comprehensive evaluation of your needs and challenges. Your first step may include detoxification followed closely by evidence-based individual and group therapy programs. Your program also includes life skills training to help rebuild your life and reintegrate as an independent and self-sufficient adult.
They understand that many people with substance abuse may also have an underlying mental health condition, called a dual diagnosis. This requires integrated care to address both diagnoses simultaneously.

She practiced nursing for over two decades with a focus on pediatric physical rehabilitation, which required mental health skills to help children, and their parents work through new challenges after a head injury or spinal cord injury.
