Solstice Counseling & Wellness Center specializes in outpatient services for adults and families navigating mental health challenges and substance use disorders. The center’s clinicians provide personalized treatment that integrates evidence based approaches to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
Sessions are tailored to help you build coping skills, process underlying issues, and work toward lasting change. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, trauma, or addiction related concerns treatment focuses on both immediate symptom relief and long term recovery support.
Detox and medication assisted treatment are available using suboxone, sublocade, and vivitrol.
Couples and Family Counseling
Solstice offers specialized couples and family therapy to strengthen relationships and improve communication. Clinicians work with partners and families to address conflict, rebuild trust, and navigate challenges related to mental health and substance use in a supportive and structured setting.
Access and Getting Started
Solstice serves clients at their Pemberton office on Birmingham Road and offers telehealth sessions for added flexibility. The center is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The center accepts most major insurance plans and offer a sliding scale fee. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.

Levels of Care

Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.

Dual Diagnosis
Dual diagnosis programs address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions simultaneously. This integrated approach to care improves the likelihood of long term recovery and stability by addressing the root causes of addiction.

Aftercare
Aftercare programs provide ongoing support after you complete a rehab program. Medication assisted treatment combines medication and counseling to manage withdrawal and reduce cravings for opioid and alcohol addiction. Medications may include methadone, buprenorphine or naltrexone. MAT is tailored to your needs so you can actively participate in your treatment journey.
