There are no locked doors and although the process is a medical detox, the accommodations feel more like home than a cold, antiseptic hospital. Clients reside in comfortable modern, elegantly furnished rooms with plenty of space for personal belongings. Individuals are not required to wear uncomfortable hospital gowns and during the detox process and have easy access to in-house laundry facilities. Good nutrition is also an essential part of the detoxification process. Alcoholism and drug addiction can often leave individuals with varying degrees of malnutrition, so we provide a full-service on-site gourmet kitchen that serves a diverse menu of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

Sunrise Detox offers individual and group counseling to clients while they’re with us and bring in 12 Step meetings to introduce people to the recovering community. Sunrise Detox clients know they’re not alone once they’ve completed treatment. Our discharge planners will help clients decide what they should do next, and with a network of the finest treatment centers, we will be happy to make continuing care arrangements.
