About Charak Center For Health and Wellness

They work with all major insurance carriers, Medicare, and Medicaid. Since insurance policies differ, they advise you to verify your coverage before beginning treatment.
Alcohol and Opioid Addiction Treatment
The center offers a therapeutic and pharmacological treatment protocol to help men and women who are dependent on alcohol or opioids. The pharmacological approach includes Vivitrol and Suboxone to help in your recovery with withdrawal symptoms and cravings during treatment.
You’ll sign a contract with the treatment facility before completing a diagnostic assessment and proceeding to the induction phase of treatment. During five consecutive days, you’ll be medicated and observed.
After these five days, you attend an intensive outpatient (IOP) program that includes group therapy three times a week for three hours for group and individual talk therapy. They offer flexibility in the program with morning or afternoon sessions so you can meet some of your work or school obligations.
Detox Followed by an Intensive Outpatient Program and Aftercare
They recognize that addiction affects not only you but also your family members and other loved ones. Family night groups are available for family members and other loved ones during your IOP phase. This helps family members adjust and provide you with the necessary support to promote sobriety.
Following IOP, you’ll attend Aftercare groups once a week for at least 10 weeks and then maintenance therapy once a month for a minimum of 20 weeks. Depending on your situation, your program may also include case management.
