A Residential Drug Rehab For Women
This facility does not provide detox services though the team may be able to refer you to local organizations and specialists that can help. Detox must never be attempted alone for your safety.
As for the residential program, the facility favors a holistic approach to care, focusing on helping clients heal their body, mind, and spirit through comprehensive, non-denominational, yet spiritually focused support. Both short and long-term programming options are available, which you can decide on based on your unique circumstances and needs.
Treatment is personalized, but may include life skills training, with classes covering topics like computer literacy, financial management, job readiness, and educational planning to help set you up for success post-recovery.
Holistic Healing From Substance Abuse
Physical health is addressed and encouraged through exercise at local facilities, and healthy diets are promoted by nutrition education.
Community integration is key, and you’ll be encouraged to participate in external Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous (AA/NA) meetings, as well as other support groups.
Other initiatives include volunteer opportunities. You may get involved in the day-to-day maintenance of the facility itself, administrative tasks, or even fundraising to help support the center’s mission.
Family support is also encouraged throughout treatment, with education and support offered to loved ones covering addiction dynamics.
You’ll also have the opportunity to engage in recreational therapeutic activities like arts and crafts therapy, field trips, music therapy, and special events. The center also provides access to YMCA memberships.
