About Rosary Hall at Saint Vincent Charity Medical Center

Rosary Hall at Saint Vincent Charity Medical Center is a hospital based addiction treatment center in downtown Cleveland, Ohio with historic ties to the founding of Alcoholics Anonymous.

Rosary Hall accepts Medicare, Medicaid, most major private insurance plans including Anthem, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare, plus military and VA benefits. Sliding fee scales and payment assistance are available for qualifying clients.

A Large Inpatient Detox

Rosary Hall provides a 27 bed inpatient medical detox unit with separate wards for men and women, which is a larger detox unit than most facilities have. The average stay is three to five days for alcohol or opioid withdrawal. Outpatient options include intensive programs with four group sessions per week for eight weeks, partial hospitalization, regular outpatient counseling, and a minimum 12 week aftercare program.

Medication assisted treatment using Vivitrol, Suboxone, or Sublocade is available combined with evidence based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Treatment for Co-occurring Disorders

The center serves adult men and women ages 18 and older and offer gender specific treatment options that address the unique challenges each group faces. Rosary Hall specializes in treating co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders simultaneously in the same location.
