About South Dayton Recovery & Addiction Services

South Dayton Recovery & Addiction Services is an outpatient detox and medication assisted treatment center in Franklin, Ohio that specializes in Suboxone therapy for opioid use disorder. The facility treats heroin addiction, prescription opioid dependence, and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Detox and MAT for Opioid Addiction

South Dayton Recovery’s core focus is outpatient detox and medication assisted treatment using buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone) paired with behavioral therapy.  Treatment typically spans 10 to 12 months on medication before tapering, with an additional six to eight months for a full taper and ongoing support as needed.

During appointments, patients receive comprehensive assessments, medication management, and individualized counseling focused on identifying triggers, building coping skills, and supporting long term recovery. The approach combines evidence based medication with educational sessions on stress management, mindfulness, and relapse prevention.

Dual Diagnosis and Trauma Informed Support

South Dayton Recovery provides integrated treatment for co-occurring mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Using a trauma informed care approach counselors address histories of abuse, neglect, and trauma alongside addiction treatment.

Getting Started with Treatment

Appointments are available Tuesday evenings and one Saturday per month with no waiting lists for new patients. Office visits operate on a cash pay basis while insurance is accepted for medication prescriptions. Additional counseling sessions are available at no extra cost.
