How do you verify that I work there?

We start from the work email you give us and check it against the facility's own domain and published contact details. If something does not line up we call the number on the listing before approving the claim. It usually takes one to two business days.

What can I change once I have claimed it?

The description, the programs and services you offer, insurance and payment details, photos, hours, phone number and website. Anything factual about the facility is yours to correct.

Someone else already claimed our listing. What now?

Send the form anyway and say so in the last box. We contact the current claimant and the facility directly, and move the claim to the right person.

Will claiming change where we rank?

No. Claiming does not buy position. A complete, accurate listing does tend to hold attention longer, simply because there is more for people to read.

Who do I contact if something goes wrong?

Reply to the confirmation email you receive after submitting the form. It reaches the same team that reviews claims.
