Signing Up with BAART
You can access an integrated care package that combines medication-assisted treatment with wraparound case management. This allows the staff to meet the recovery needs of people from all walks of life, from veterans and LGBTQ+ individuals to those navigating legal challenges.
Specialized outpatient options are available for pregnant women managing opioid use, with a strong emphasis on improving both maternal health and fetal well-being. They also provide guest dosing services for individuals traveling or temporarily away from their home clinic.
Their affordability is particularly a core attraction as the clinic accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, Medicare Advantage Plans and private insurances. If you’re a Medi-Cal patient, you may be eligible for transportation. Veterans can access care through the VA Community Care Network with coverage supported by both Optum and TriWest to reduce out-of-pocket costs.
It’s also a plus that they offer Saturday and holiday availability to maintain treatment without interruptions. Additionally, services may be available in both Spanish and English. A solid 4.4-star rating from many clients reflect the life-saving care the team provides. One client shared, “This clinic has done so much for me and helped me get through the hard times…they care and actually treat you like you’re more than just an addict.”
Medication Prescription For Opioid Recovery and Wraparound Support
Treatment at BAART E Street begins with a personalized care plan, which may include a prescription of FDA-approved methadone or buprenorphine. These medications ease withdrawal symptoms and help you fully focus on behavioral therapy to address the emotional issues fueling your opioid use.
You’ll also learn practical relapse prevention techniques and gain deeper insight to support long-term abstinence via counseling. Wraparound services include ongoing support and connection to community resources.
Levels of Care
-
Inpatient
Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility. This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.
-
Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.
Detox Service Setting
-
Inpatient Detox
Inpatient detox occurs in a dedicated treatment facility. You’ll live there around the clock and receive intensive medical support and supervision to help manage your withdrawal symptoms. It is suitable for individuals with moderate to severe addictions as it ensures a stable detox environment.
-
Outpatient Detox
Outpatient detox gives you access to medically supervised withdrawal services while still allowing you to live at home. You’ll attend a clinic for treatment and monitoring. This flexible option is suitable for those with mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms who have strong support systems.
